This training meets the needs of our demand for yacht captains for recreational boats registered under our flag. It is important for recreational boat captains to know about the safety of human life at sea, the prevention of pollution from vessels, the commercial value of the shipping industry, and your responsibilities and tasks as a captain of a yacht flagged in the Panamanian registry.
