Justification of the Course:

This course aims to provide training to boat cook candidates.


COURSE CONTENT:

  • Practical cooking: basic cooking skills.
  • Food and personal hygiene.
  • Food storage.
  • Food storage management.
  • Environmental protection and health and safety in restaurants.
  • Nutrition and health.

    DURATION OF THE COURSE:

32 hours (4 days).


CERTIFICATION:

An Authorized certificate will be granted by the Maritime Authority of Panama (AMP).
