This course includes the minimum knowledge, understanding and sufficiency that applicants to perform the functions of Pleasure Ship Skipper of 2nd grade. Class in Panamanian jurisdictional waters.

  ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

To be in good health, justified by a medical certificate of good health.

CERTIFICATION:

An Authorized certificate will be granted by the Maritime Authority of Panama (AMP).
