Justification of the Course:
This course aims to provide training to boat cook candidates.
COURSE CONTENT:
- Practical cooking: basic cooking skills.
- Food and personal hygiene.
- Food storage.
- Food storage management.
- Environmental protection and health and safety in restaurants.
- Nutrition and health.
DURATION OF THE COURSE:
32 hours (4 days).
CERTIFICATION:
An Authorized certificate will be granted by the Maritime Authority of Panama (AMP).
